We use Electronic Health Records, which allows us to communicate with our patients more easily. Through your Patient Portal, you can send messages to our nurses rather than having to call and leave a message. Patient Portal messages go right to our nurses’ desktops, so they are able to see them and answer back quickly.

Your current insurance cards
List of current medications
Any questions or concerns you have about your health
We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We are happy to electronically submit your insurance claim for faster processing.
Payment can also be processed through the Patient Portal.
